چکیده

Synthesis of Ag2S from AgCl waste argentometric titration with heating temperature variations as a sensor has been done. This study aims to synthesize and examine the effect on crystal quality electrical characteristics based Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC). synthesis was carried out by precipitation in water bath various temperatures 40°C, 60°C, 80°C. The success confirmed X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) typical peak 2θ standard at 29.07°, 31.60°, 36.97°, 37.81°, highest crystallinity obtained 60°C. Meanwhile, UV-Vis Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy (DRS UV-Vis) showed band gap corresponding (0.9-1.05 eV). Furthermore, powder made into pellets applied sensor. Then resistance value resulting were measured. best synthesized 60°C constant (B) sensitivity (α) values 2974 K −3.35%, respectively. indicated that had successfully synthesized, heated

A New Structure for Direct Measurement of Temperature Based on Negative Temperature Coefficient Thermistor and Adaptive Neuro-fuzzy Inference System

Thermistors are very commonly used for narrow temperature-range high-resolution applications, such as in medicine, calorimetry, and near ambient temperature measurements. In particular, Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistor is very inexpensive and highly sensitive, whose sensing temperature range and sensitivity are highly limited due to the intrinsic nonlinearity and self-heating p...

Effect of temperature as well as heating and cooling cycles on rock properties

Temperature has a significant role in many actions performed on rocks. An example would be the effect of temperature on rocks in the burial of nuclear waste, geothermal energy extraction, deep oil well drilling, and fires in tunnels. In addition, due to diurnal/nocturnal as well as seasonal temperature variations, rocks undergo a process of heating and cooling. In the present work, the effect o...
